How long does it take to process my order?
If you place your order by 1 p.m. EST, your order will be processed in the next 1-3 business days. We strive to send your order out the next day. Some custom items take longer, generally 7-10 business days, and will be indicated in the listing details.
What is your return policy?
I want you love your purchase, like really L-O-V-E it. If you don’t, feel free to return it. You’ve got 30-days from the date your item ships and whatever you return must be in new, unused condition. Please fill out this form here to initiate your return. Custom orders, monograms and notebooks cannot be returned due to the custom nature of the product. If you have a problem or issue with one of these items, please reach out so we can help you with it.
What if I receive an item that is damaged?
Contact customer service right away and we’ll take care of your return. Please send detailed information, including pictures so that we can expedite the process for you.
I recently placed an order but need to add/remove an item or change shipping address?
Contact customer service as soon as you realize you need to make the change. As long as we haven’t already processed your order, we will do our best to accommodate you.
